We took the bus at 5 o’clock in Orléans. We drove to Paris Bercy during one and a half. We have been stayed there two hours. Then, we took another bus, unfortunatly the new driver was a bit dangerous. He didn’t respect speed limitation and he injured other people.

After three hours on the road, we arrived at the border. We were checked twice: first by french custom officers, then by the english ones. The latter were more strict, meticulous and careful. After that, a woman got caught with fake ID card. They didn’t let her cross the border.

The bus went inside the train called « the shuttle ». The travel on the train lasted thirty-five minutes.

Finally, we arrived in London at 3 PM. We took the underground to go to our Airbnb which was in Thornton Heath.

We visited the flat. It was a clean one, well-organized.

Summary of the day:

A busy day but a good beginning of our week.
